Meal prepping is all about making your life easier. It saves you time during the week, reduces stress about what to cook, and helps you stay on track with your health and wellness goals.

Plus, it ensures you have nourishing, homemade meals ready to go whenever hunger strikes so that you can enjoy the convenience of takeout without the unhealthy options and hefty price tag.

For those mornings when you’re running out the door, for instance, having overnight steel cut oats prepped and ready to grab out of the fridge and go is a lifesaver.

If you’re looking to prep a full week of meals, consider prepping a hearty whole grain like barley, rice, or quinoa, a flavorful vegetable side such as roasted root veggies, and a protein-packed main dish like turkey meatballs. And don’t forget about healthy soups!
