Almonds, cashews, and pecans—oh my! These tasty nuts, along with Brazil nuts, pistachios, and walnuts, are some of my favorite pantry staples. They’re loaded with healthy fats, plant-based protein, fiber, and essential nutrients—basically everything you need for a satisfying snack or a nutritious recipe boost.

Seeds like chia, flax, sunflower, pumpkin, and hemp hearts bring their own unique benefits and delicious crunch to the mix. I love tossing raw nuts and seeds into salads, blending hemp or flax into smoothies, and using them to add texture and flavor to all kinds of dishes.
