Fish

Fish, especially salmon, are a staple in my kitchen. Not only is salmon nutritious, but when cooked just right, the moist, flaky fish practically melts in your mouth.

Whether you’re a pescatarian or simply looking for more ways to incorporate fish into your meals, you’ve come to the right place. Here, you’ll find comforting recipes perfect for cold weather, like salmon corn chowder and my mom’s famous Russian fisherman’s soup (AKA Uha,) as well as light fish recipes that feature whole filet, such as baked rainbow trout and roasted salmon.

While nothing beats fish fresh from the fishmonger, high-quality frozen fish and canned fish can be just as tasty. Either way, this collection of my most popular fish recipes has you covered for all your seafood needs!
