Mushrooms – the fleshy, spore-bearing fruiting bodies of fungi that make everything better!

With approximately 2,000 edible varieties, there’s surely one you’ll fall in love with, even if mushrooms aren’t typically your thing. Some of the most recognized varieties found in grocery stores include cremini, portobello, button, and shiitake. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can forage for flavorful wild varieties like morels, chanterelles, lion’s mane, and oyster mushrooms.
