Leafy Greens

Leafy greens like kale, spinach, arugula, and Swiss chard aren’t just rabbit food. They’re delicious and an essential nutrient-packed powerhouse.

What I love most about leafy greens is their versatility! There are so many ways to incorporate them into your meals. You can sneak them into a blueberry kale smoothie for breakfast, dig into a light and refreshing spinach salad with chicken and strawberries for lunch, or serve up a savory dinner with chicken breast topped with spinach and goat cheese.

Simply put, they make any meal a little healthier and a lot more flavorful and are a must-have in any healthy diet.
