Peas are readily available fresh, canned, or frozen. In fact, you’ll almost always find a bag of frozen peas in my freezer—they taste just as earthy and sweet as fresh ones, no shelling required!
Did I mention, they’re also seriously good for you? Loaded with plant-based protein and fiber, they provide a simple way to boost the nutrition of any meal—whether you toss them into a salad, blend them into a creamy soup, or sauté them with butter and herbs for a classic side dish.
