I don’t know about you, but I’ve always had a soft spot for broccoli. Whether I’m dipping crunchy, raw florets in a creamy dip (hello, baba ganoush!) or tossing them into a sizzling stir-fry, it’s one vegetable I never get tired of.
Broccoli also happens to be incredibly good for you. It’s packed with fiber, vitamin C, and vitamin K. Plus, it’s rich in powerful antioxidants that support everything from heart health to hormone balance. Some studies have even linked broccoli’s compounds to anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits. Not bad for a humble veggie, right?
