Hi there! Thank you for visiting my blog!
Accessibility is something I care deeply about. I grew up with a mother who lived with a disability, and that experience taught me how important it is for everyone to be able to enjoy the things they love — including good food and beautiful stories about it. Because of that, I’m committed to making this website as accessible and easy to use as possible for all visitors.
My Commitment
I want everyone — whether you’re using a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or any other assistive tool — to be able to browse recipes, read posts, and enjoy photos without frustration.
I’m always working toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which are the standards that help make websites usable for everyone.
What I’m Doing
Here are some of the things I’ve focused on (and continue improving):
- Adding alt text to images so screen readers can describe them clearly.
- Using good contrast and readable fonts for better visibility.
- Organizing pages with proper headings and labels for easier navigation.
- Testing the site regularly to make sure everything works well for different users and devices.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility isn’t a one-time thing — it’s something I’ll keep improving as I add new content and features. I truly want this space to be welcoming for everyone who loves food, stories, and community.
Feedback
If you ever run into a problem while browsing, please reach out and let me know!

A Note on Third-Party Content
Sometimes I share content from other websites or platforms (like videos, ads, or social media posts). While I can’t control the accessibility of those external features, I do my best to choose options that are as inclusive as possible.
Thanks again for being here and for helping make this space better for everyone!
